Wadsworth High Takes on Homecoming 2023

Wadsworth+High+Takes+on+Homecoming+2023

Students at Wadsworth High School danced the night away at homecoming on October 7 in the Wadsworth High School gymnasium.

The exciting weekend was kicked off with the varsity football team taking a powerful 49-7 win over the Stow Bulldogs on Friday night. After the game, the student council went to the high school to set up the Black Tie decorations.

There were black and gold decorations covering the ramp, cafeteria, and gym. There was a photo booth students could use and take pictures with their friends. There were also two photo stations, which featured life-size cutouts of Taylor Swift, Ryan Reynolds, and Chris Hemsworth in front of black and gold streamers and balloons.

Volunteer parents also worked at a concession stand where students could take a break from dancing and buy food and drinks.

Inside the dance, there was a huge DJ station and colorful strobe lights that lit up the gymnasium. There was also a professional photographer there taking pictures.
