Football

The Grizzlies football team remained undefeated with a 47-21 victory at home over North Royalton last Friday. They are (7-0) overall and (4-0) in the Suburban League. Tonight they go on the road to face Twinsburg.

Volleyball

The volleyball team finished the season winning 22 straight with wins over Brecksville and Hudson to finish the regular season (22-1) overall and (14-0) in the Suburban League. They are the 3 seed in the Brunswick district and face 14th seeded Parma on October 17th at Brunswick HS.

Boys Soccer

The boys soccer team split their games this week, falling 5-1 to Hudson and won 3-1 over Highland to put their record at (7-8) overall and (3-4) in the league. They earned the 6th seed in the Akron District and face Ellet at home on October 17.

Girls Soccer

The girls soccer team defeated Norwayne 8-1 and tied Hudson 0-0 to finish the regular season at (9-3-4) overall and (4-1-2) in the Suburban League. They are the 3 seed in the Akron District and play the winner of Highland and Firestone on October 18th at home.

Boys Cross Country

The boys cross country team finished 9th overall at the Medina Cross Country Festival, led by an 18th overall place finish by Benji House, 12. Brody Parrish, 10, won the open race. They finished 5th at the Suburban League meet.

Girls Cross Country

The girls cross country team finished 1st overall at the Medina Cross Country Festival last Saturday with Clare Nicholas, 9, finishing 2nd overall. They won the Suburban League Championships, with Nicholas winning the race, and Laney Corell, 10, and Ashley Galek, 10, finishing 4th and 7th respectively.

Girls Golf

Secilia Ho, 12, shot a 75 on Tuesday at districts, finishing 2nd overall and moving onto state’s next week.
