Before any student joins the newspaper or the yearbook at Wadsworth High School, they have to take the Newspaper/Yearbook 1 class. It is an intro level class that teaches graphic design, journalism, editing and publication skills.

This year’s intro level students were assigned a photojournalism project. They had to tell the story of a typical day of a WHS student using only the pictures they took.

The faces they see daily, the items they use and the experiences they have are all artwork if seen through the right lens.
